Everything we make carries a 1-year warranty from the day it's delivered.

What's covered
Everything we manufacture is covered for 1 year from the date of delivery. If something we made fails within that year, we'll repair or replace the original item; we decide which.
What isn't
- Products we sell but don't make. Optics, lights, barrels and other brands' parts are covered by their manufacturer. Contact them for warranty claims. If you can't find the right contact, ask us and we'll help.
- Refunds on custom slides. Custom slides are made to order and can't be refunded. The warranty covers repair or replacement.
- Shipping damage to a coating. If a Cerakote finish is damaged in shipping, we repair it. Don't install a damaged slide: contact us first. A returned slide that shows signs of installation or use is repaired at the cost of the service. See shipping & returns.
Making a claim
Email sales@buttonlandcustoms.com or call (720) 549-3265 with your order number, what's wrong and a photo. We'll tell you whether to send it in and how. When you ship it, follow how to ship us your firearm.
