Store orders ship free by standard ground. Need it faster? Contact us and we'll arrange expedited shipping.

In-stock parts ship in 1–3 days. Custom slides are made to order and ship in 3–6 weeks.

Serialized parts, like fire control units and frames, ship to a licensed FFL dealer near you. You choose the dealer at checkout. FFL information

Custom slides

Custom products can’t be returned or refunded.

If a coating is damaged in shipping, we’ll repair it. If a returned slide shows signs of installation or use, the repair is charged at the cost of the service.

Please don’t install a damaged slide on your frame. Contact us first.

Stock parts

Need to return a stock part? Contact us before sending it back so we can help.

Service work

Service work is done to your order and can't be refunded once we've started. Contact us if anything isn't right when your firearm comes back.
