Cancellations

You can change or cancel your order as long as we haven’t started processing it. Cancelling after you’ve paid may carry a processing fee of up to 6%, which covers the fees we pay when we take a payment and again when we refund it. Orders that have already shipped can’t be cancelled.

Warranty

Everything we manufacture has a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. We’ll repair or replace the original item, our choice. Custom slides are made to order and can’t be refunded.

Products we sell but don’t make are covered by their manufacturer. Contact them for warranty issues; if you need help finding the right contact, ask us.

Payment

You place your order online and pay one of these ways: Chime, Zelle, Cash App, Bitcoin. Your order confirmation tells you exactly how. We start work and ship once payment is in.

Wholesale

We offer wholesale pricing to dealers and distributors with a business license. Minimum orders depend on the product. Contact us.
