These terms apply when you order from this site or send us your firearm for work. Button Land Customs, Sedalia, NC.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Your order confirmation shows exactly what you ordered and what you owe. We'll contact you if something on your order can't be filled as placed.

Payment

You pay one of these ways: Chime, Zelle, Cash App, Bitcoin. We start work and ship once payment is in.

Made-to-order parts

Custom slides are machined and finished to order. They can't be returned or refunded; the warranty covers repair or replacement.

Cancellations

You can change or cancel an order until we start processing it. Cancelling after you've paid may carry a processing fee of up to 6%, to cover the fees we pay to take the payment and to refund it. Orders that have shipped can't be cancelled. See the store policy.

Service work on your firearm

• You confirm the firearm is yours and legal for you to own.
• Ship it unloaded, with no magazines and no ammunition, as described in how to ship us your firearm.
• Turnaround counts from the day it arrives. Combined services usually add a couple of days.
• We may decline work we judge unsafe or unlawful, and return the firearm to you.

Serialized parts

Serialized parts, such as Sig P320 fire control units, ship to a licensed FFL dealer you choose. See FFL information.

Legality

Some states restrict certain parts and accessories. It's your responsibility to know whether a purchase is legal where you live. Ask us before you order if you're unsure.

What we don't sell

Complete firearms. We sell parts and work on firearms you already own.
