Who we are

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, phone, shipping address, FFL dealer details for serialized parts, and what you ordered. We use these to fill and ship your order and to contact you about it.
• Special requests and contact messages: your name, email, phone, address, firearm make and model, what you want done, and any photos you attach. We use these to answer you and quote the work.
• Reviews: your name and review are shown on the product page once we approve it. Your email is never shown.
• “Email me when it’s back” sign-ups: your email and the product. We email you once when it’s back.
• Your cart: stored in your own browser (local storage) so it’s still there when you come back. It isn’t sent to us until you order.
• Visit counts: we count page views, which site sent you, and the type of device, without cookies and without identifying you.
• Server logs: our hosting keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to fix problems.

We don’t use advertising trackers or tracking cookies on this site.

What we don’t do

We never sell your information. We share it only when we must to do what you asked, such as sending your FFL dealer the details needed for a transfer, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and order records as long as we need them to do the work and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Your choices

Ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, or to delete it, except what we have to keep by law.

Photos you send

Photos can carry location data. You may want to remove it before you attach a photo.

Card payments

If you pay by card on this site, your card details go straight from your browser to our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only what the provider sends back (such as the last 4 digits and whether the payment went through).
